Marketing Association of Pakistan (MAP) Lahore is pleased to announce its 11th seminar of the session 2018-19 on “Corporate Culture as a Competitive Differentiator” on Wednesday, April 03, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. in Summit Hall, Royal Palm Golf & Country Club, Lahore.

Ms. Faiza Imtiaz, Partner, Engage Consulting will be the Guest Speaker.

Faiza Imtiaz has over 20 years of experience in Strategic Human Resource Management with a special focus on organization development and transformation, talent acquisition and management, leadership coaching and mentoring and diversity and inclusion.
She has held senior HR roles in Telecom, BPO, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing/FMCG and Education sectors. With her vast and diverse experience with organizations like British American Tobacco, Shell, Etisalat, Align Technology, The Resource Group (now Ibex) and LUMS she has consistently delivered business relevant HR solutions.
Faiza started her career with Etisalat as a Network Planner. Subsequently she joined LUMS and worked with the HR and Change Management faculty. She began her Corporate HR Career at Align Technology, a BPO firm with more than 800 employees working across three shifts. Faiza was part of the team that established The Resource Group (now Ibex) in 2000 in Pakistan. As their HR Director, Faiza set up the department from scratch and developed talent policies and processes for a sustainable business environment.
Her next assignment was at Shell, where she led the recruitment and learning and development function and was the HR BP for Lubricants, Aviation and Retail. During her tenure at Shell, Faiza was extensively involved in recruiting high potential talent, developing managers and leaders as well as leading organization restructuring in the Business Units she supported.
At Pakistan Tobacco Company Faiza was the Area head of Talent for South Asia, Asia Pacific Head of Learning and Development and Head of HR for Operations in Pakistan. During her tenure in PTC Faiza was instrumental in designing talent management and leadership development strategies.
After a successful stint in PTC Faiza joined Ibex as their Vice President HR. She subsequently went on to join LUMS for the ‘Assessment and Strengthening Program’ a USAID funded project. As the Deputy Project Head, she worked with Dr. Zafar Iqbal Qureshi and the ASP team and LUMS faculty to deliver critical trainings to government and public sector employees. She also worked briefly with the Vice Chancellor of LUMS Dr. Sohail Naqvi to manage the Marketing Department.
In 2016 Faiza moved to a Consulting Career. She is currently a Partner at Engage Consulting where she has worked on multiple projects with the Telecom, Power, Engineering, Micro-Finance and Technology firms.

Faiza has a BSc in Urban Planning from the University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore and an MBA from University of Leicester.
Faiza lives in Islamabad with her husband. She is an ardent golfer and loves to read and travel.
